Stephen has a distinguished career in senior positions in mortgage lending, having worked for several lenders from the largest residential lender to smaller specialist lenders. He has expertise in the full spectrum of mortgage lending, from product and proposition development, origination and underwriting, all the way through the customer journey. His career has been entirely in the intermediary-facing business, and he has worked from the start with Jeff Knight to develop Broker Boost. Like Jeff, he likes to see himself as an ideas man, which leads to some very interesting discussions between the two of them!
