Ripley Salgueiro started in the mortgage industry in 2020 as a self-employed adviser under a large London brokerage at just 20 years old. With no prior mortgage experience, but a keen attitude and a lot to prove, Ripley quickly rose up the ranks and became the company's youngest ever senior adviser. With his understanding of the market, ideas on what could be improved and ability to make genuine connections with his clients, Ripley decided to set up his own mortgage and protection business in late 2023. Taking everything he had learnt from his experiences and his keen attitude to do better, Ripley has already established himself and First Time Finance as an expert within the Visa/ Foreign National mortgage space with huge growth plans for the future.
