With 20 years in the mortgage industry brokering and business owner for over 8 years, Rachel wanted to set up a brokerage enabling brokers to really engage with their clients and concentrate on these relationships vs just numbers and enable them to grow and develop their specialities in all property lending. At the same time allowing them to help those clients other brokers couldn’t assist. For Rachel, the client journey is everything not just for the initial transaction but how do we work with our clients for their mortgage lifetimes. Rachel may run a London brokerage, but she will always be a northerner at heart.
